Shared rooms
Both of the two people who plan to share a room must pay the deposit by February 15. Shared rooms have one king bed or two twin beds, we will do our best to accommodate requests.
How to get there
Book your flight to arrive at Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR). We can book you a private driver that will meet you as you exit customs for an additional fee. We will also share tips about getting around on Ubers and buses.
Advice on arrive and departure time
The retreat starts at 5 pm on Wednesday and ends on Monday after breakfast at 10 am, so we recommend that you arrive in Mexico at 1 pm or earlier if your arrival is on Wednesday and plan your departure flight from 3 pm on Monday.
Travel documents and insurance
Bring your passport, valid for at least 6 months. International health insurance and travel insurance are both recommended any time you travel.
Refunds
All deposits are non-refundable.
For cancellations before March 29, the final payment can be refunded (does not include the deposit). For cancellations on or after March 29 (within 30 days of arrival), all paid amounts will not be refunded.
