As host, Anna works both in front of and behind the scenes to bring together these memorable M experiences.
As Pilates instructor, she brings Mat sessions that work from this inside out, using breath and imagination to build awareness, strength, and alignment.
Classes will explore neuromuscular connections that support common midlife changes. Noticing changes in stiffness, bladder control, pelvic pain, or posture? Let’s move together.

Building muscle strength now is key to supporting bone health, metabolism, balance, maintaining mobility in the coming years.
Taz is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist who will guide us through two group training sessions. You’ll walk away with newfound strength and sweat, as well as some inspiration to bring back to your daily routines. Her sessions mix creativity, athleticism, research, and Australian humor.
Taz is also available for private physical therapy and massage sessions.
