ANNA GROWCOTT
Hi. I’ll be your host during Mi Pausa. I was born in the United States and have lived in many places in the world. Yet few are as breathtakingly spectacular as San Pancho. I’ve been visiting this little town for over five years, and (with my husband and son) lucky enough to call it home for the last three.
For many years of my life, I was a professional contemporary dancer and in the early 2000’s decided to follow my passion and become a pilates instructor. After gaining my accreditation at Steele Pilates in NYC, I moved to Australia where I opened my own studio.
Life and love returned me to Minnesota and then to San Pancho, where I continue to teach and learn more about my body, and all its changes during this time between childbirth and menopause.
Working with trainers, swimming, and dancing salsa whenever I can, I’ve discovered a new strength and feel very connected to my body, my family, and my future.
My dream with Mi Pausa is that I can share so much of my experience with you.
I truly hope you’ll give me the opportunity to do so.
