Our Team

We come from different countries and backgrounds, but we’re united by a love for health, nature, and Mexico.

Anna Growcott

As host, Anna works both in front of and behind the scenes to bring together these memorable Mi Pausa experiences.

As Pilates instructor, she offers Mat sessions that work from this inside out, using breath and flow to build awareness, strength, and alignment.

Classes will explore neuromuscular connections that support common midlife changes. Noticing changes in stiffness, bladder control, pelvic pain, or posture? Let’s move together.
